CANCELLATIONS, NO-SHOWS, LATE ARRIVALS AND EARLY DEPARTURES POLICY :
The Business Partner shall notify us in writing of any cancellations or changes to the confirmed reservations
subject to the following:

>if cancelled before 45 to 22 days: 50% of the total stay booked excluding transfer
>if cancelled before 21 to 11 days: 75% of the total stay booked excluding transfer
>if cancelled before 10 to 00 days: 100% of the total stay booked excluding transfer
>No-shows, Late Arrivals & Early Deaprtures: 100% of the total stay booked excluding transfer

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT:
check-in at13:00 hours & check-out at 12:00

PAYMENT:
100% upon confirmation of the booking or as per invoice deadline.

BANK CHARGES:
Please add to the Invoice value as Bank charges: If you are paying by:- Bank Draft 1%, TT/Swift Transfer
US$ 40, Credit Card 5%, Travellers' Cheques 1%
