The gullets are ancient designed yachts that have been completely modernized. Each gullet has the feel of luxury with wood and brass used throughout. Yet these yachts are finished to a very high standard of comfort and safety. They are built to a Byzantine hull design which has over 1,000 years designing testing behind. An average length of the yatchs is 23 m with a 6 m width. These are large and stable yachts. The yachts have deep freezers, fridges, television, and vcd equipment. They are powered diesel engines but also have full suits of sails. A crew of five will man the gullet, a captain and two crews, a cook and host.
